Raymond K. Obssuth joined the firm with over thirty-five years of accounting, auditing, taxation, and legal experience. He focuses on estate, trust, retirement, and income tax planning for high net worth individuals. He consults regularly in the merger and acquisition of small to mid-market businesses. Ray also represents clients before federal, state, and local taxing authorities.

Prior to joining the firm, Ray was audit manager, tax partner, and general counsel for a large national accounting firm. He also served on professional committees for the New Jersey Society for Certified Public Accountants and various other organizations.
