Jay Weinberg is a founding member of the firm. With over 40 years of experience in taxation, accounting and auditing, he brings an extensive knowledge of taxes, estate management, trusts and gifting to our clients. Jay also evaluates a diverse array of businesses, from professional practices to manufacturers, for use in estate and gift tax purposes. Many of Jay’s estate tax clients choose him to serve as trustee for their trusts and estates. With his depth of knowledge in taxation, he has contributed examples and edited work in the “S” Corporation Handbook by Michael Schlesinger, Esq., (Prentice Hall), and has given lectures on Equitable Distributions.
