Jeffrey Lieberman is the managing director and founding member of the firm. With 25 years of experience in a broad range of accounting, auditing, business valuation and taxation, he brings his expertise to small and medium-sized businesses as well as individuals and their families.

As a frequent court appointed expert in Passaic, Bergen, Essex and Morris counties, Jeffrey is relied upon for his business valuation and cash flow analyses to achieve settlements in matrimonial disputes. He also acts as a consultant on the purchase and sale of businesses, advises clients in their dealings with banks, brokerage firms and insurance companies, and has been appointed by various clients as trustee or administrator.
